Voluntary Action membership

There are two types of members of Voluntary Action, Full Members and Associate Members.

Benefits of membership

Becoming a member of Voluntary Action will give you access to a variety of services and resources that are aimed at benefiting your group or organisation. They include:

  • Equipment & Resources
  • Printing, Design & Presentation Services
  • Training Events
  • Volunteer Recruitment & Referrals
  • Newsletters & Bulletins
  • Free Directory
  • Website Space & Design
  • Entitlement to Nominate Representatives to the Management Committee

How can you become a member?

Full members are: -

  • Voluntary / Community Organisations
  • Operating in East Renfrewshire
  • Charitable and / or non-profit making  
  • Run by Voluntary Management Committee, Board of Directors or Trustees

Associate members are:-

  • Individuals who wish to support the aims and activities of Voluntary Action
  • Organisations that don't qualify for full membership but support the aims and objectives of Voluntary Action

N.B. Associate Members are not eligible to vote
