• 7 office units (for local social enterprises. Units are serviced, networked and supported)

• Training/ICT facility equipped with 20 networked PC's (for organisations/staff/volunteers)
• Community Caf´ (promoting healthy eating) also contains info/IT points
• Community gardens (internal and external - managed and maintained by trainees/volunteers)
